Approachable, High-Level Boys Volleyball at a Reasonable Rate

Raining Hot is heating up the boys’ volleyball world here in Utah County. Unlike expensive clubs with travel schedules and massive teams, Raining Hot is an approachable, focused training academy for all levels of athletes. 

Our coaching staff is dedicated to growth. You will see a difference in our practices as we push discipline and fun to help players develop. 

Ages 5th Grade-12th Grade
Beginner through High Level
Practices held in American Fork, Utah.

Player-Coach practice ratio is important to us. All players will receive individual growth plans so they know EXACTLY what they need to do to get better. 

Our practices are disciplined, fun, and organized. Together. We bring the heat.  

Meet the team

Coach Tyler Degener

Tyler has been involved in volleyball for eight years. He played for some of the top clubs in the nation, four years of high school, and two years at Orange Coast College. Additionally, Tyler has been coaching volleyball for three years in Southern California.

Coach Ashley Taylor

Ashley has coached volleyball for 8 years here in Utah County. She loves seeing players grow in this game- the confidence translates to every aspect of their lives. Ashley has coached both boys and girls teams on a variety of levels- beginners to advanced. She loves to bring fun, energy, and discipline to the court every day. Ashley is truly excited to be a part of this magic.

Coach Ryan Cuff

Ryan has been an educator and coach for 22 years. He is dedicated to building strong teams and helping young people succeed on and off the court. While Ryan’s background is in basketball, his true passion is team culture, leadership, and developing athletes who believe in themselves and each other. He is excited to bring that same energy to our volleyball community, helping players see that they can win not just in games, but in life.
